I’ve been going to Dr.Latvis for a few major dental appointments and each one of them was painless with the oral sedation. I went SEVEN YEARS without going to the dentist due to my extreme anxiety. I cried my first appointment before it even started because I was so scared but the assistants were very caring and reassuring that I had nothing to be scared of. Sadly I have terrible teeth both genetically and as a result of a disease I suffer from called Gastroparesis that causes much vomiting. So I have had much dental work in my life and this practice is an A+Care, skill, newest technologies you get it it all at this practice. So from a cleaning or a routine cavity to an implant or sleep apnea device you will not go wrong here. More
I had sedation dentistry done today and although I have a very low pain tolerance I’ve never been so pleased with the minimal pain I feel. You guys did a phenomenal job and Dr. Latvis and Dr. Mills, you two are incredible men! Thank you for making this surgery so comfortable for me. I am a true dentalphobe to the point that I now need dentures. I did a lot of research looking for dentists that specialize in sedation dentistry before making the initial appointment with this group. When I came in, they took many x-rays and Dr. Latvis looked at them and agreed that I was going to need dentures. We then set up an appointment for 2 days later to do a full consultation where I saw Dr. Mills and Dr. Latvis. They made me feel so much less anxious about the upcoming procedures by explaining exactly what will be happening. I can't say that I am looking forward to the procedures but I am looking forward to not being in constant pain and having frequent infections. I'll update in a few months! More

The Best Dental Office in Horry County! This past Monday I had 4 teeth extracted. I was sedated for the procedure, and did not feel anything. After waking up, I was pain free. Having a phobia and panic attacks at previous dental offices. This place was a lifesaver. From the front desk staff, the hygienist and Dr.Mills himself ( so happened we have the same last name, I'm not related in anyway and was the first time we had met- lol) today is Wednesday and I am back to work pain free. Not many dental offices do sedation dentistry in horry county. Thank you again. ☆☆☆☆☆ More
